We have experience in design and construction with very little design available, being able to accurately formulate a cost from little more than an interior designer’s spatial schematic.

 

We are also strong players in the tendering sector, having represented builders on tenders, our cost planning estimating has a recognised and demonstrated track record of converting tenders into live projects against competition of all size, across all states and territories of Australia.

 

We are a new business established in 2022 and coming in with a force, with all the traditional knowledge and experience backing us. We are boutique and therefore limit ourselves to serving only a small portion of the client market and we will grow as our clients’ needs dictate.

Space Design & Construction was born from an obvious large demand and need in the design and construction industry where project managers, architects, and builders need correct and precise advice to speed up the decision-making process.

 

The founder of this company is from a construction delivery background, not from a pure pricing background. What this means is that he spent time in the midst of the actual delivery and has seen how poor budgeting impacts clients’ finances, creates havoc for project managers and devastates head contractors during the delivery phase all the while the client is wondering where it all went wrong.
